Greetings! I’m Slavik, the proud owner of Baku Cafe Bar & Restaurant in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. My journey in the hospitality industry has spanned over two decades, beginning in the vibrant city of New York, where I first immersed myself in the world of culinary excellence and customer service. From managing high-end restaurants to leading kitchen teams, I learned the art of delivering unforgettable dining experiences to guests from all walks of life.

After years of honing my craft in New York’s bustling food scene, I decided to make Miami my home, captivated by the city’s energy, diversity, and love for great food. Over the years, I’ve continued to invest in Miami’s growing restaurant landscape, always striving to bring something fresh, exciting, and authentic to the table. That’s when Baku Cafe was born.

Inspired by the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Azerbaijan, Baku Cafe represents my deep appreciation for the art of grilling and hospitality. The name “Baku” is a tribute to my heritage and the cultural depth of Azerbaijan, with its world-renowned cuisine and vibrant dining culture. At Baku Cafe, we take pride in serving mouthwatering grilled dishes, crafted with the finest ingredients, alongside expertly mixed cocktails, all in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
